Page Refresh is a browser extension that can auto-refresh pages, if they are idle, on a selected time interval. To use the extension, you have to press CTRL SHIFT R. To stop the refreshing, you need to press the same combo again. The program remembers the last scroll position of a page and restores it on reload.
